Various (crop) conditions and/or various local demands ask for various solutions. The round balers program of KUHN exists out of fixed chamber and variable chamber balers which all benefits of the INTEGRAL ROTOR technology. (Excluding the open troath models) Depending on the model the baler can be equipped with an OPTICUT® cutting device. With a total of 16 basic models, from low to high profile, from fixed to variable chamber, KUHN offers the most versatile range of balers available for the market.

Baling and wrapping by a one-man-operation. After carefully mowing, tedding and raking your silage it needs to be secured for storage. In order to prevent loss of nutritional value the bale needs to be sealed as soon as possible. Weather using the fixed chamber, variable chamber of BIO bale-and-wrap combination; the bale is sealed within seconds. To maintain or even improve silage quality and/or bale shape the feature INTELLIWRAP™ comes in hand. INTELLIWRAP™ is a unique, intelligent and sophisticated way of wrapping film onto bales allowing to wrap 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9… number of film layers.

Rollers These units are standard with a heavy 100 x 100 x 9mm RHS section frame and feature a quadret action draw bar mechanism. This hydraulically tips the roller back onto its transport wheels for travelling from one job to another. With 15ft 8" ply tyres it is ideal for road work up to 40 k/mh.

Agrispred Spreaders New square hopper for better rigidity and of lower centre of gravity. Moulded from UV stabilised polyethylene, will last for years.

Cultivators These seedboxes will sow a complete range of seeds including clovers', brassicas', fine and coarse grasses. Other brands will sow grass seeds but will not sow at the low rates required for the brassicas' and clovers' in particular. All utilise the Aitchison patented sponge seed feeding mechanism. This system uses an infinitely variable 'gearbox' which allows for sowing rates as low as 1 kg and up to 350 Kgs per hectare.
